KETS Service Desk Hours Changing
Over the past year, the KETS Service Desk tested extended hours until 6 p.m. ET. Staff found that call volume was significantly higher in the early morning hours. As a result of this test, the KETS Service Desk hours will be change to 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, starting May 24.
Live@edu
KDE is now seven days away from its new Live@edu e-mail system, coming Friday, May 21. Please continue to look for e-mails from David Couch that will communicate essential information prior to the upgrade.
