To meet the needs of the 1,400+ K-12 public schools that receive assistance through the KETS Project, the Kentucky Department of Education, through the Office of Education Technology, has solicited bids for contracts since 1992.  The resulting contracts awarded to vendors provide the foundation for the KETS standards that all K-12 schools adhere to.  On the following pages you will find the awarded contracts for hardware, software and services that school districts within Kentucky are required to utilize for those items.

All of these files require Microsoft Excel 5.0 or greater or Adobe Acrobat for viewing.  The Microsoft Excel files can be used to calculate cost of hardware, software and services.
