The Commonwealth Office of Technology and the Office of Procurement Services recently completed a statewide enterprise service contract for usage by agencies and educational entities across the state.
The service contract provides auditing services for telecomm billing for conventioanl land-lines, VoIP, wireless communication environments and the Commonwealth's wide area network (KIH2) data circuits.
All work will be bound by a task order generated by the customer agency outlining the scope and period of the bills to be audited. If billing errors are found and refunds are due the agency/entity will receive 81% of the refund with 19% going to the vendor for services rendered.
