The Alternate Assessment and Accountability Folder, also referred to as the AAAF, has been a requirement of the Alternate Assessment Program for several years. Now with the implementation of the Alternate K-PREP (Kentucky Performance Rating for Educational Progress), a new assessment design will hold more responsibilities for the AAAF.
The AAAF will contain the following information:
- Student Information
- Teacher Code of Ethics
- Teacher Certificates
- Instructional Materials and Work Samples
- Attainment Task Scores and Additional Supports (if needed)
- Transition Attainment Record (TAR) Information (Applies only to grades 8, 10 and 11).
The AAAF will also serve all monitoring purposes at both a district and state level.
